BOUNTY CHOCOLATES (HOMEMADE)
Ingredients :
Dark Chocolate - 1 cup (chopped)
Desiccated Coconut - 2 tbspn
Milk Powder - 2 tbspn
Icing Sugar - 2 tbspn
Milk - as required
Coconut Essence - 1/4 tspn (optional)
Method :
1. Mix Desiccated Coconut, milk powder and icing sugar together in a
small bowl.
2. Add milk little by little to make a very thick paste.
3. Add Coconut essence in it. You can also add vanilla essence or you can skip this step totally.
4. Melt dark chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
5. Take chocolate mould tray and apply a coat of melted chocolate
inside covering the walls of mould. (You can do this with the help
of small spoon or paint brush) [New paint brush ;-)]
6. Freeze for 5 minutes.
7. Now add little amount of coconut paste in each mould.
8. Freeze it again for 5-7 minutes.
9. Apply a coat of melted chocolate on top of the coconut paste
covering it completely.
10. Freeze it for 10 minutes.
11. Unmould the chocolates.
