Instant Coconut Laddoo

Ingredient:

​

Desiccated Coconut - 2 cups

Condensed Milk - 1/4

Cardamom essence - 2-3 drops

​

Method:

​

  1. Take 2 cups of desiccated coconut and remove 2 tbspn of it aside.

  2. Heat a heavy bottomed pan and add the remaining coconut to it and dry roast it for 2 minutes on a low flame. (Don't roast till the colour changes. The white colour of the coconut should be maintained).

  3. Add condensed milk to it and mix well. Keep sauteing for 2 minutes more and cardamom essence to it and mix well.

  4. Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture on the plate and let it cool for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

  5. Take a small portion of the mixture and make a laddoo. 

  6. Roll this laddoo in the desiccated coconut which we kept aside earlier. (You can use dryfruits for garnishing)

  7. Serve them.
