Chocolate Mawa Barfi/Chocolate Dried Whole Milk Fudge
Ingredients:
Khoya or Khava/Mawa or Dried Whole milk - 1 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1 tspn
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tspn
Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
Assorted nuts of your choice - 2 tspn
Method:

Heat a heavy bottom pan and add khoya/mawa to it. Saute for 2 mins.

Add powdered sugar to it and keep on mixing for about 7-10 mins till the mixture leaves side of pan and forms a dough.

Switch off the flame and take half of the mixtur in a bowl.

To the remaining half mixture in the pan, add cocoa powder and a drop of vanilla essence and mix well.

To the other half of the mixture add cardamom powder.

Take a cake tin or plate in which you will be setting the barfi. Grease it with little ghee.

Spread the white mixture evenly. Spread it using your fingers.

On top of it add the brown mixture and spread evenly so that you get two layers, white and brown. (P.S Video below)

Garnish them with some chopped dryfruits/nuts.

Cool it at room temperature for 15 mins then refrigerate it for 30 mins. (Make sure you don't keep it for more time in fridge, or else it will be difficult to cut in pieces).

Cut it in desired shape and serve.
