Ingredients:

Cooked Moong Dal - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 litre (You can also use coconut milk)
Jaggery - 1 cup or as per your taste
Vermicelli or Sevaiyan - 2 tbspn
Cardamom powder - 1 tspn
Ghee - 1 tspn
Dry fruits - 2 tbspn
Raisins - a handful

Method:

Add a teaspoon of ghee to the pan. Add dryfruits and raisins and saute for two mins.

Take them out in a bowl and add vermicelli and saute till light golden brown.

Add a cup of water and cover and cook till soft.

Add cooked moong dal and jaggery and mix well.

Add milk and cardamom powder.

Add nuts and raisins and bring to one boil.

Serve hot or chilled.
